All our employees are trained and comply with health protocols.
Increased Cleaning & Disinfection
The common areas will be cleaned several times a day with particular attention to the objects most often affected (door handles, elevator buttons, thermostat, switch, remote control and others).
We can at any time, if you feel the need, call a doctor and have him brought to the hotel for an examination.
Where possible, we encourage contactless payments (credit, debit and gift cards).
Please note that the maximum amount for contactless payments is $250 CAD.
Disinfection Stations Installed
We have put several disinfection stations at your disposal throughout the establishment; do not hesitate to use them regularly.
Room Cards Disinfection
The cards to access the rooms will be cleaned and disinfected between each client and upon check-in.
Bedding & Room Cleaning
The sheets will be changed and washed at high temperature for optimal disinfection.
Specific health measures have been put in place to respect social distancing and ensure the safety of all.
Food & Beverage
We have strengthened health protocols at the service level. Our service personnel is trained to comply with all protocols.
